We can't say that we really noticed the difference in our testing period, but it does give you a slight increase in screen area. The screen has the "standard" 60Hz refresh rate, like on last year's mini. The iPhone 13 improves on what for most people was already the best iPhone through a number of welcome improvements. I especially like the longer battery life as the endurance of the iPhone 12 was disappointing, even for a 5G phone.
I wouldn't recommend iPhone 12 owners switch to the new iPhone, but the iPhone 13 is worth it if you have an iPhone 11 or an older device. I think a lot of people don't care about the smallest notch.
What really stands out about the iPhone 13 is the camera. Low-light performance is now even better, and computer-aided photography functions such as Cinematic Mode and Photo Styles let the A15 Bionic's muscles flex in ways that go way beyond benchmarks. and it puts the new iPhone on par with Android flagships - I want Apple to offer faster charging next time, either via USBC or MagSafe, as well as a 120Hz display. fantastic phone and raises the bar for what you think a camera phone can do.
